The Minister of Petroleum, Tarek El-Molla has honored the Egyptian General Secondary Education (Thanaweya Amma) top graduate in the mathematics major, Mahmoud El-Shablangy, according to a ministry statement.
The ceremony was attended by the student’s father, who is a petroleum sector professional working for Egypt Gas in Tanta, and the company’s head Wael Gowayed.
The minister congratulated the student and praised his persistence and the support of his family that paved the way to his success, asking him to maintain the hard work in the future to continue to be a model for his colleagues across the nation.
El-Molla also emphasized the importance of the role played by Egyptian families, especially mothers, in raising loyal and brilliant youth, who can later serve the country in many sectors based on their knowledge and capabilities, as is the case with the Petroleum Sector Modernization Project, which aims to develop young calibers to be the leaders of the future.
