Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Tarek El Molla stated that the commitment of the Egyptian state, under the leadership of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, was the key to overcoming the challenges that Egypt had faced between 2011 and 2013.
This commitment is contributed to many significant achievements for the Egyptian economy in general and for the energy sector in particular, El Molla noted during a panel discussion in the Egyptian pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai. He explained that the country’s accomplishments in the energy sector represent a model for what Egypt is witnessing in its current stage of excellent performance with a clear vision.
Using this as momentum, the country is working towards a new republic based on development and construction.
El Molla pointed out that the achievements presented by the Egyptian pavilion uniquely reflect the developments that have been taking place in Egypt throughout history, up to the new republic. He added that the intense presence of visitors at the pavilion demonstrates its great importance and distinction among all the pavilions participating in the Expo 2020 Dubai.
