Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resource, Tarek El Molla, held the regular meeting to review the executive procedures of the expansion project of natural gas stations, and natural gas car conversion during the current fiscal year (FY) 2020/2021 in the light of presidential initiative to replace, and convert cars to run on natural gas, according to a press release.

During the meeting, El Molla affirmed the necessity to continue the implementation of natural gas stations, and centers to provide natural gas car services to meet the needs of citizens.

El Molla underlined the necessity to adhere to the set time schedule and to coordinate with the relevant authorities to reach the desired objectives of this national project to serve all citizens.

The meeting was attended by Minister’s Assistant for Transportation and Distribution of Petroleum Products Mahmoud Nagy, Chairman of the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS), Magdy Galal along with  his Deputy for Planning and Projects, Ahmed Mahmoud and his Assistant for Natural Gas Delivery Projects, Mohamed Khudair, and chairmen of Petrojet, Gastech, Car Gas, and Egypt Gas Company.
