Egypt’s Fuel Automatic Pricing Committee has adjusted fuel prices for Q4 2023, increasing gasoline prices and keeping diesel prices unchanged, according to a statement by the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources.

The price of 80-octane gasoline increased from EGP 8.75 to EGP 10 per liter, 92-octane gasoline increased from EGP 10.25 to EGP 11.50 per liter, and 95-octane gasoline increased from EGP 11.50 to EGP 12.50 per liter. The price of diesel remained unchanged at EGP 8.25 per liter.

The committee also discussed the factors that have contributed to the rise in global oil prices, including political events and economic indicators.
