The Egyptian Fuel Automatic Pricing Committee decided to keep the prices of fuels and petroleum products within the domestic market unchanged for Q4 2022, according to a press release.
The committee said that this decision came after studying the global economic conditions and their impact on the oil market, the repercussions of the Russian-Ukrainian war, which led to the fluctuation of Brent crude prices, and after reviewing the exchange rate.
The prices per liter for the fourth quarter will be as follows; octane 80 at EGP 8.00; octane 92 at EGP 9.25; and octane 95 at EGP 10.75 per liter. As for diesel fuel, its price remains at EGP 7.25 per liter. The price of industrial-use mazut remains at EGP 5000 per ton.
