Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) has embarked on a gradual restart of its Ruwais oil refinery complex after scheduled maintenance shutdown, according to Reuters.

The state owned complex, which has a capacity of 835,000 barrels per day (bbl/d), was shut down earlier in 2020. 

An ADNOC spokesman told Reuters “We are gradually restarting our refining operations in Ruwais following our planned maintenance program.”
