Transocean cold stacks rig after Petrobel termination

Petrobel, an Egyptian oil company jointly owned by the Egyptian General Petroleum Corp. and Eni, has terminated its contract for Transocean jackup GSF Key Singapore. Transocean is challenging the validity of this termination.
