EU’s TARES Project in Egypt Eyes 18% Energy Saving by 2035

The European Union (EU) has announced that their funded Technical Assistance to Support the Reform of the Energy Sector (TARES) project in Egypt can achieve feasibly energy savings up to 20 million tons of oil equivalent (mtoe) by 2035, corresponding to 18% of the total consumption in 2035. -
Independent Gas Regulator Plan Released for Egypt

Al-Borsa newspaper was able to get hold of the summary of the project for setting up an independent gas regulator in Egypt, put together by the European Union's Technical Assistance for the Reform of Energy Sector (TARES) in cooperation with the Ministry of Petroleum and EGAS.
