Aramco Completes Acquisition of 70% Stake in SABIC
Saudi Aramco, the world’s largest oil company, has announced the acquisition of a 70% stake in the petrochemical company Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) from the Public Investment Fund (PIF).
