CocoPhilips Acquires 42% Stake in BP Energy Kirkuk

ConocoPhillips announced it has agreed to acquire a 42% stake in BP Energy Kirkuk Limited from BP, supporting the redevelopment of four oil-producing fields in northern Iraq.
