Saudi Arabia, Kuwait to Restart Output from Neutral Zones

Saudi Arabia and Kuwait are expected to agree in December to resume oil production from the jointly operated oilfields in the Neutral Zone fields , mainly Khafji and Wafra, that lie between both countries.
