13 Fuel Vessels Held at Alexandria Port Awaiting Letters of Credit

Thirteen vessels loaded with fuel shipments have been held outside the Alexandria port for several days as the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC) has not delivered the cost of fuel.
