Methanex to Sell a 10% Equity Share in Its Egyptian Joint Venture

Methanex Corporation has agreed to sell an approximate 10% equity share in Egyptian Methanex Methanol Company S.A.E. (EMethanex) to Arab Petroleum Investments Corporation (APICORP) for $110 million.
