Edison to Pay $1.4B for Abu Qir Gas Field

Italy's Edison SpA has reached a deal with Egyptian General Petroleum Corp to explore and develop the offshore Abu Qir gas field as it seeks to grow its gas portfolio as well as the number of its suppliers.
