Iraq Awards Dhi Qar Refinery to Chinese Consortium
The Iraqi Minister of Oil, Ihsan Abdul Jabbar Ismael, announced the grant of Dhi Qar refinery to a major Chinese consortium involving Al Awsat Energy Consortium (San China Company), Inspire company, Norinco.
