Aramco Cancelled Asian Cargoes

The state oil giant Saudi Aramco cancelled a rare offering of prompt cargoes to buyers in Asia, after the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) reached a deal to cut output on Sept. 28.
