The Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources announced that Town Gas has implemented an exemplary customer service project in New Cairo.

The company operates using a one-stop system, as the latest available means in order to ensure the comfort of its customers and provide an outstanding level of service.

This comes within the framework of the Modernization project and the vision of Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Tarek El Molla to accelerate digital transformation projects that will benefit citizens through providing outstanding customer service.
