Product lines Wingtack®, PolyBD® and Dymalink® developed by Cray Valley, a TotalEnergies affiliate, will be acquired by Pacific Avenue Capital Partners.

Four US production sites, the Cray Valley Italy affiliate, and the portfolio of customers are included in the transaction, according to a company statement from TotalEnergies.

The deal will enable Cray Valley to concentrate on its global speciality C4 and pure-monomer resin businesses, which TotalEnergies will continue to expand. According to the agreements established when the facility was reorganised in 2013, Carling (France), Grand Junction (US), and Kralupy (Czech Republic) will continue to produce the Ricon®, Krasol®, and Cleartack® resins.
