Shell Lubricants Egypt hosted a two-day conference to discuss the challenges facing the construction sector, Egypt Oil & Gas reports.
Participants discussed infrastructure projects and construction trends. They also discussed transportation fleets.
“This conference aims to discuss the latest developments and trends in the industry to reduce the total cost for operating, come up with practical solutions to meet the challenges facing this sector now, and raise the efficiency of these vital industries,” the Managing Director of Shell Lubricants Egypt, Saher Hashem, said.
The conference was attended by senior executives from over 130 industry sectors, including National Project Development Advisor for the Egyptian Minister of Housing, Sherif Saleem; Chairman of the Egyptian Cement Association, Medhat Stefanos; and Vice Chairman of the Chamber of Building Materials, Ahmed Shaker. The event was further attended by Cemex Sales Director, Atef Zaki; Gilbarco Middle East and North Africa Operations Manager, Ahmed Shaker; and 3S Managing Director, Mohamed Dagash.
Shell Lubricants Egypt sells petroleum products on Egypt’s domestic market.
The conference was held in Alexandria.
