Shell’s Board declared the pounds sterling and euro equivalent dividend payments in respect of the first quarter 2023 interim dividend.

Shareholders have the option of choosing to receive their dividends in US dollars, euros, or British pounds. By June 5, 2023, holders of ordinary shares who have duly elected to pay their dividends in US dollars, euros, or pounds sterling will be eligible to receive a dividend of US$0.2875, €0.2678, or 22.99p per ordinary share, accordingly.

Dividends from US dollars that are due in cash in euros and pounds sterling have been converted using an average of market exchange rates throughout the three trading days from June 7 to June 9, 2023. Members whose names were on the Register of Members on May 19, 2023 will receive this payout on June 26, 2023.
