Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly has held a meeting to review the latest development of the Unified Governmental Complaints System in resolving the citizens’ problems, especially through the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources (MoPMR).
According to the Unified Governmental Complaints System report, MoPMR and Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS) have dealt with 2,599 complaints during January 2024.
It effectively managed and resolved complaints during the month.
