Petroleum minister Tarek El Molla has announced that the third phase of the ministry’s modernization program includes a set of advanced training programs to develop the skills of the ministry’s employees, Egypt Oil & Gas reports.

He added that the ministry will focus on preparing the middle administrative levels and young professionals for leadership roles.

El Molla made the statements as he attended a student graduation ceremony. The 18 graduates obtained Master’s degrees and diplomas in governmental business administration.
