Petrojet and Bilfinger Tebodin Middle East in Egypt has signed an engineering master service agreement valued at $1 million, according to a statement.

This agreement is a part of a previously agreed-upon Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on strategic cooperation that was signed in December 2018. Per the agreement, Bilfinger will act as a technical and engineering consultancy partner to Petrojet .

Jon Rokk, President and CEO, Bilfinger Middle East noted Egypt’s potential in the oil and gas sector, stating that “Bilfinger can play a leading role in Egypt based on our extensive portfolio.”

Ahmed Soltan, Bilfinger Tebodin Middle East Egypt’s Managing Director added “the signed agreement with Petrojet reflects Bilfinger Tebodin Middle East plans of strategic cooperation with the market-leading entities in Egypt’s oil and gas sector.”
