Mohamed Abdullah, Chairman of Nasr Petroleum Company (NPC), presented an overview of the company’s various activities and the current status of ongoing projects, which are set for successive completion. The projects slated for completion include a gas recovery unit for butane production, a seawater desalination project, an oil separation unit, a new asphalt loading platform, Phase II of industrial security projects, and energy conservation initiatives.
This came during the general assembly meeting chaired by Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Karim Badawi, to review the company’s performance in fiscal year 2023/24.
Abdulla emphasized the keenness of the company’s management and all its employees to keep pace with the development and modernization plans for the production units and the speedy completion of all projects, and the interest in improving the efficiency of performance and the safety of operations.
