Mubadala Investment Company, Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA), and Dubal Holding plan to establish a water and power plant at EGA’s smelter in Jebel Ali in Dubai, Reuters reported.
The 25-year agreement is worth around $272.5 million. The joint venture will install a combined cycle power facility that can generate more than 600 megawatts of electricity.
