The Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources (MoPMR) has announced the start of the advanced phase of the Young Leaders and Middle Management Program, as the Ministry seeks to build on the gains achieved in the previous phases of the program, with more investment in human resources within a continuous, dynamic development and education process that does not stop.
This is based on the MoPMR vision and its firm belief in the importance of human resources, and as a continuation of the process of modernizing the Egyptian petroleum sector in line with Egypt’s 2030 strategy. This is in addition to working to ensure the continuity of development and modernization efforts at the level of all activities of the sector.
The advanced phase of the program begins with the launch of the Work Shadowing project, which aims to bring together leaders and their expertise with the program’s youth and their capabilities and skills.
This is done by empowering the program graduates and assigning them the tasks of assistant chairmen of boards of directors in various companies in the sector during the period of the shadowing project, which lasts for 18 months.
