The Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources (MoPMR), along with the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS) and its subsidiaries, dealt with 2,423 complaints in February 2024, and addressed the reasons for and responded to 1,994 complaints and reports from them.
The Ministry resolved all issues related to the complaints, especially regarding a gas leak. The work teams of the various companies immediately went to the places of complaints and reports and deal with them properly, while raising awareness of how to avoid the causes of accidents and the correct handling of networks, connections and devices.
This comes as Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly followed up on the efforts of the Unified Government Complaints System in the Cabinet, and the government agencies associated with it, during the month of February 2024, through a detailed report prepared by Tarek El Refaei, Director of the system.
