In line with the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources’ strategy to maximize the optimal benefit of human cadres in the sector, Minister Karim Badawi has issued a decision to appoint 16 graduates from the Young Leaders and Middle Management Program to carry out the duties of leadership assistants in the Ministry, the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation, and the holding companies.
This decision agrees with the ministry’s recognition of the importance of the human resources as the true wealth of the industry and a driving force for comprehensive and sustainable development, and for ensuring the transfer of expertise and the sustainability of performance, building on the previously launched ‘Work Shadowing’ initiative.

Mohamed Mahmoud Ahmed Younis as the Assistant Head of the Central Administration for the Affairs of the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources’ office and the official spokesman for the Ministry,

Mohamed Abdullah Badr Ibrahim as the Assistant Head of the Central Administration for the Technical Office and the official spokesperson,
