Maridive Records Rise in Consolidated Net Profit in Q1 2026

Maridive & Oil Services reported a rise in its consolidated operating revenues amounting to $66.31 million during the first quarter (Q1) of 2026, up from $60.47 million in Q1 2025, according to the company’s consolidated financial disclosure to the EGX.

The Egyptian company also recorded an increase in its net profit reaching $23.24 million in Q1 2026, up from $18.004 million in Q1 2025.

For its standalone results, Maridive reported a 13% year-on-year (YoY) rise in revenues to $20.64 million and a profit in Q1 2026. The company also recorded a net profit after tax of $1.89 million for the quarter, compared with a net loss of $23.96 million in the same period last year.

Founded in 1978 in Port Said, Maridive provides a wide range of services for the oil and gas industry, including offshore vessel operations, diving, subsea construction, maintenance, transportation, and logistics.

Through subsidiaries such as Maridive Offshore Projects (MOP), Maritide, and Ocean Marine, Maridive has expanded its portfolio and regional footprint, operating a fleet of more than 60 marine units across the Mediterranean, Red Sea, Africa, the Caspian Sea, and Latin America.
