Libya’s NOC Prepares to Resume Exporting Crude Oil After Lifting Force Majeure

After lifting the force majeure on terminals and oil fields, Libya’s National Oil Company (NOC) is preparing to continue exporting crude oil, according to its statemen.

One million barrels of Abutifal crude are expected to be loaded onto a tanker that will arrive at the Zueitina facility on July 20. A tanker is also expected to arrive at the Sedra terminal between July 19 and 20. Additionally, two tankers will dock at the Ras Lanuf facility on July 20 and 21.

Additionally, a vessel is planned to load 600,000 barrels of crude from Brega during this time.

To restore production operations, these preparations have been made.
