Saudi Arabia’s energy minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman that the most recent OPEC+ deal included fundamental reforms but also aimed to combat “uncertainties and sentiment” in the market, Reuters reported.
When asked what was required to establish market stability, Prince Abdulaziz responded, “That is why we had this agreement” at the Arab-China business conference in the Saudi capital Riyadh.
“But also we are working against something called uncertainties and sentiments,” he said.
