Iran’s Shahid Rajaee Oil Exports Increase by 32.6%

Iran’s Shahid Rajaee Port has recorded a 32.6% increase in oil products exports since the beginning of the Iranian calendar year (March 20), according to IRNA

The Managing Director of Hormuzgan Ports and Maritime Organization, Allah Morad Afifipour, reported to IRNA that 1.792 million tons of oil products were exported through Shahid Rajaee Port. He also referred to cabotage of 2.6 million tons of oil products and transit of 13,347 tons through Shahid Rajaee Port, representing a growth of 100%.

Shahid Rajaee port complex is the largest and most modernized container port in Iran, located on the shores of the glacial Persian Gulf and the Oman Sea in Hormuzgan Province.
