Iran is planning to increase its oil production by 460 million barrels over the next three years, according to oil minister Bijan Zanganeh, Reuters reported.
Zanganeh outlined the plan to increase output from 29 oilfields including in Ilam, Khuzestan, Gachsaran, Falat Qareh and Fars.
The minister said that most of the work will be handled by Iranian companies, adding that “more than 75% of the equipment for developing the output is Iranian.”
