The cost of light crude oil, heavy crude oil, and Forouzan crude for sale in September has been fixed by theĀ NIOC’s international affairs division at $9.50, $6.30, and $6.40, respectively, over the average oil price between Oman and Dubai.
Iranian light crude oil is priced per barrel at 60 cents in September, Iranian heavy crude oil at 70 cents, and Forouzan crude oil at 75 cents more than in August.
Crude oil in West Asia is priced at a base rate based on the average of Oman/Dubai crude oil.
The price of heavy and Forouzan crude oil in this market is 90 cents and $1 lower than Brent, respectively, while Iran has set the official selling price of light crude oil in the northwest European market at $2.65 more than Brent.
