Halliburton Asserts Commitment to Expand Work in Egypt

Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Karim Badawi held talks with delegates from Halliburton, in presence of the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC) Chairman, Salah Abdel Kerim.

Badawi affirmed the strategic partnership with Halliburton extending for more than 50 years, highlighting the Company’s role in providing services and support of upstream activities in Egypt, especially the new regions, as well as benefiting of its experience in production from unconventional resources and brown fields.

The Company asserted its commitment and endeavors to expand its work in oil and gas domain in Egypt and pumping more investments.
