Wintershall Dea AG disclosed that German Khan has informed them of his resignation from his position as member of the Supervisory Board of Wintershall Dea AG with immediate effect.

The company said that all members of the Supervisory Board have been informed immediately.

Regarding his inclusion in EU and UK sanctions lists, Wintershall Dea AG elaborated that it will check if this has further consequences for LetterOne as shareholder of Wintershall Dea AG. However, it stopped all payments currently to LetterOne for the time being as a precaution.

The company elaborated that this decision is not expected to have any impact on its operating activities and it complies with all applicable laws and sanctions imposed as it has already done so far.
