Ganoub El Wadi Petroleum Holding Company (Ganope) has organized a workshop entitled “APG and Flared Gas Recovery” in line with the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources’ vision to optimize petroleum exploitation, the official Facebook page of the company reported.

The workshop was attended by the Head of Ganoupe, Mohamed Abdel Azzim and Ahmed Abd Rabo, the Assistant Head of Petroleum Affairs in addition to officials from the holding companies.

According to the statement, Omni Energy Solutions provided a presentation about the technologies used in flared gas projects and discussed the potential opportunities to apply these technologies for achieving the highest energy savings.

At the end of the workshop, a presentation was introduced about the fourth pillar of the Modernization Project, which related to improving the efficiency of energy usage which came in parallel with the sustainability development goals.
