Egypt’s fuel subsidies costed around $2.42 billion in H1 of fiscal year (FY) 2018/19, down by 14.7% compared to the same period in FY 2017/18, according to the Minister of Petroleum Tarek El-Molla, Amwal Alghad reported.
The estimated subsidies for FY 2018/19 budget are around $5.02 billion.
