The Egypt Oil & Gas (EOG) Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Subcommittee held a meeting on May 21 at Apache Egypt premises to discuss future activities.

The EOG CSR Subcommittee discussed the future of education and the assistance that can be provided to students in schools and universities.

The educational initiatives aim to raise the students’ awareness about the oil and gas sector and help them choose their path based on a solid understanding.

A team will be formed from the subcommittee members and will be led by Ahmed El- Gabry from Shell Egypt to follow up on the education initiatives.

Moreover, the subcommittee discussed developments in its first blood donation campaign.

The campaign aims at spreading awareness about blood donation. Donation cars will be available at oil and gas companies’ offices, oil and gas fields, and refineries.
