Enppi and the National Service Products Organization (NSPO) signed a contract to establish a greenhouse complex in Lahoun, Fayoum, according to a statement.
Per the agreement, the project will cover an area of 16,500 acres and Enppi will act as the general contractor for the project to carry out the integrated construction works for NSPO’s National Company for Protected Agriculture. Additionally, Enppi will construct 1,992 greenhouses according to the Egyptian and Spanish models.
Enppi will work on the logistical warehouses and administrative offices for the project. It should be noted that Enppi will contribute to the project in cooperation with other petroleum companies.
For his part, Tarek El Molla, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, who witnessed the signing, affirmed the petroleum sector’s keenness to contribute to developing various national projects with a great economic return. He added that choosing Enppi reflects the great performance of the petroleum sector companies in general.
