ENOC Company announced that it has achieved cumulative savings estimated at AED 86.
9 million after implementing innovative ideas submitted by the employees in the framework of  the company’s innovation program, a statement issued by the company reported.

According to the statement, the employees presented during 2020 a number of 661 ideas to the scheme department, 88 of which have been carried out, helped increasing the savings by 10% versus 2019.

Saif Humaid Al Falasi, CEO of ENOC, said: “The UAE has always taken pride in its ability to cultivate innovation and creativity and foster knowledge exchange; all of which are factors that played an immense role in driving the country’s development. As such, the UAE ranks 35 in the 2020 Global Innovation Index, and continues to excel in tertiary education, Information and communication technologies, general infrastructure, and innovative products and services.

“Our employees have been inspired by our nation’s zeal as they continue to contribute to ENOC’s success to enhance business and operational excellence despite the challenges we faced last year. This innovation program was launched in 2012 and has received 3,824 suggestions, 332 of which were implemented and could contribute to achieve significant savings for ENOC.
