President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi met with the CEO of US-based firm Noble Energy, David Stover, to discuss the firm’s exploration activities in the Egyptian oil and gas sector, Al-Ahram reported.

El-Sisi urged the Egyptian government to support the US firm and help it overcome any obstacles as it carries out its activities in the country.

The president also mentioned the need to strengthen the corporation deals between the US and Egypt, as partnerships in the oil and gas sector contribute to achieving joint developmental goals.

Stover praised Egypt’s economic development that boosts the country’s investment opportunities, adding that Egypt is a top priority when it comes to the company’s investments
