El-Neel Adds 7 Filling Stations in 2017

El-Neel Oil Marketing Company added seven new filling stations to its distribution network and developed 37 more in 2017, Egypt Oil & Gas reports.

This means that El-Neel is now marketing and distributing fuel through a total of 69 filling stations.

The news was revealed by the company’s Head, Amr El Ka’aky, who added that the company plans to add another seven stations during 2018.

The company marketed and distributed around 31,000 tons of 92-octanes benzene, around 51,000 tons of 80-octanes benzene, over 616,000 tons of diesel, over 1.2 million tons of mazut, more than 6000 tons of ships fuel, over 10,000 tons of jet fuel, and more than 4000 tons of mineral oil, El Ka’aky pointed out during the general assembly chaired by Egyptian Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Tarek El Molla, to review the company’s 2017 results.

The company’s investment budget for 2018 has been authorized at EGP 85 million. The company will implement a number of projects including the construction of a petroleum storage and trade warehouse in Gahdem area in Assiut, as well as increasing the fuel tank fleet and establishing new filling stations at New Suhag City and New Aswan City.
