El Molla Participates in Panel Discussion on Egypt’s Energy Transition Plans at CERAWeek

The Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Tarek El Molla, has participated in extended discussions of a Panel session with the participation of a number of international energy companies on the sidelines of the CERAWeek International Conference.

During the panel session, El Molla  highlighted Egypt’s plans for energy transition and the latest developments of benefiting from the green hydrogen. He also discussed the role of natural gas in the energy transition, carbon capture and storage (CCS), and how Egypt is open to cooperation in these fields.
