The President of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), Darcy Spady, met with the Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources, Tarek El Molla, to discuss the utilization of SPE’s technical expertise in Egypt’s oil and gas industry, Egypt Oil & Gas reports.

El Molla and Spady discussed ways to harness the technical knowledge of SPE to advance Egypt’s hydrocarbon sector through conferences, workshops, and technical-training events for students and technicians.
