Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Tarek El Molla has issued a decision of movements, transfers and assignments that included an executive managing director, a deputy, and heads of companies in the petroleum sector.

This decision comes with the aim of supporting petroleum sites with the necessary competencies to achieve future goals and exchanging the necessary experiences, as the movement included filling some sites that were vacant or will be vacant when their occupants reach the legal retirement age.

Yassin Mohamed Ahmed Yassin was appointed Executive Managing Director of the Egyptian Natural Gas Holding Company (EGAS) as of March 29^th, 2024.

Osama Othman Abdel Fattah El Samanoudi was assigned the role of Vice President of EGAS for Operations & Networks and a member of the Board of Directors as of March 29^th, 2024.

Mohamed El-Sayed Sobhi Mansour Amer was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Amreya Petroleum Refining Company (APRC), as of May 23^rd, 2024

Mohamed Omar Ibrahim Barakat was assigned the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of Egyptian Linear Alkyl Benzene Company (Elab).

Hossam Asaad Hassanein Saeed was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of the Egyptian Projects Operation and Maintenance (EPROM).

Ahmed Mohamed Abdel Sattar Mohamed was assigned the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of the Alexandria Company for Petroleum Additives (ACPA), as of May 23^rd, 2024.

Tamer Salah Abdel Mawgoud Zomra was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of Modern Drilling Company.

Mohamed Elgeoushy Abdel-Wakil Ahmed Farag was assigned the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of the Egyptian Chinese Petroleum HH Rig Manufacturing CO. (EPHH).

Ahmed Mohamed Abdelwahab Abdel Maqsoud was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of Petroshahd Petroleum Company.

Mahrous Moatamad Mahrous Ameesh was assigned the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of Magawish Petroleum Company.
