Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Tarek El Molla has issued a movement of transfers and assignments that included the head of a central administration in the ministry, deputies to the Chairman of the Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC), heads of some petroleum companies, and a general director of operations.
This comes with the aim of supporting petroleum sites with the necessary competencies to achieve future goals and exchanging the necessary experiences.
The promotions and transfers are as follows:
Mahmoud Nagy Mahmoud Abdel Shafi was appointed Head of the Central Administration for Transport and Marketing Affairs at the Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources (MoPMR).
Ahmed Mohamed El-Khalifa Ahmed was assigned the role of Deputy Chairman of the Authority for Planning and Projects and a member of the Executive Council of EGPC.
Hebat Allah Mohamed Abdel Qader Ali Hassan was appointed EGPC’s Deputy Chairman for Foreign Trade and a member of the EGPC Executive Council.
Wael Lotfy Hamed Mostafa was assigned the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of the Engineering for Petroleum & Process Industries Company (Enppi)
Nabawi Mahmoud Hassan Ibrahim was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Petroleum Pipeline Company (PPC).
Mohamed Ibrahim Farahat Saad was assigned the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Petroleum Gas Company (Petrogas).
Amgad Abdel Razek Ibrahim Ghoneim was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of Al Wadi Algadid Company for Mineral Resources & Oil Shale.
Mohamed Shehata Mohamed Shehata was assigned the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of El Hamra Oil Company.
Rashad Abdel Hadi Ramadan El-Sayed was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of PetroSilah Petroleum Company.
Walid Mohamed Mohamed El-Aasar was assigned the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of Offshore Shukeir Oil Company (OSOCO) and EL-Mansoura Petroleum Company.
Karim Mohamed Bahaa El-Din Helmy Hammam was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of International Drilling Material Manufacturing Company (IDM) as of January 8th, 2024.
Fathi Mansour El-Sayed El-Zakri was assigned the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of Arabian Oil Pipelines Company (Altube).
Hani Aziz Riad Nakhla was appointed General Manager of Operations and member of the Board of Directors of El Hamra Oil Company.
