El Molla Inspects Petroleum Projects, Inaugurates Natural Gas Fuel Station in Suez

The Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Tarek El Molla has inspected several petroleum projects in Suez and inaugurated a new natural gas station, a press release issued by the ministry’s official Facebook page stated.
The visit aims to follow up on the development and the enhancement of the Suez petroleum geographic zone as well as the refineries, including El Nasr refinery and Suez refinery.
During his inspection tour, El Molla highlighted that these developments aim to improve the performance of the refineries to cope with the new operational and production standards, in addition to the health, safety and environment (HSE) measures.
Meanwhile, El Molla launched a new natural gas station affiliated to Cooperation Petroleum Company (Copetrole) and Natural Gas Vehicles Company (Cargas). With the opening of this station, the minister said that Suez will now have seven natural gas fuel stations and they will increase to 16 in the coming period.
