El Molla Lauds Petroleum Sector’s Enduring Contributions on 48th National Petroleum Day

Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Tarek El Molla has sent a message of praise to workers in the petroleum sector on the occasion of the 48th National Petroleum Day.

This holiday celebrates the return of Sinai’s oil fields to Egyptian sovereignty in 1975, which falls on November 17 of each year.

“Today marks a momentous occasion that epitomizes one of the fruits of the glorious October victory, a testament to the sacrifices made by our martyrs in the valiant quest to reclaim Sinai. We in the petroleum sector draw unwavering inspiration from this triumph, fueled by an indomitable spirit and unwavering resolve to confront challenges and persevere in our endeavors.,” El Molla’s message stated.

“I appreciate and cherish the people of the petroleum sector, their efforts, and their continued role in serving the nation and contributing to building a strong, stable state based on science, work, and production. The development and modernization achieved in this vital sector as well as its resilience in overcoming difficult challenges would not have happened without their great efforts, dedication to work, keenness, and conscious implementation of the vision and plans for development and modernization,” the minister conveyed in his message.

“I am confident that workers in the petroleum sector will spare no effort in providing more and playing a greater role in developing Egypt’s resources and increasing its production for the sake of the Egyptian economy in light of the challenges facing Egypt and the region, which require everyone to come together and stand united behind the political leadership for the sake of the nation at this time,” El Molla noted.
