Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Tarek El Molla has issued a movement of transfers and assignments that included Deputy for Agreements and Exploration, Assistant for Exploration and Foreign Operations, and General Managers of Exploration for petroleum sector companies.

According to a press release from the Ministry, this will support petroleum sites with the necessary competencies to achieve future goals. The movement included occupying some sites that had been vacant, and included the following names.

Ibrahim Ibrahim Mohamad Abdo was appointed Vice President for Agreements and Exploration and a Member of the Board of Directors of Ganoub El Wadi Petroleum Holding Company (Ganope).

Alaa Ahmed Mohamad El Dakhakhni was assigned the role of Assistant to the company’s President for Exploration and External Operations and a Member of the Board of Directors of the General Petroleum Company (GPC).

Medhat Ibrahim El Toukhi Hussein was appointed assistant to the company’s President for Exploration and a Member of the Board of Directors of the Borg El Arab Petroleum Company

Ahmed Kamal El-Din Shafiq El Desouki was assigned the role of General Manager of Exploration and Development at Khalda Petroleum Company.

Emad El Sayed Ibrahim El Sayed was appointed Director of Exploration and a Member of the Board of Directors of the Gulf of Suez Petroleum Company (GUPCO).

Ahmed Mohamed Ibrahim Abdo was assigned the role of General Manager of Exploration and Member of the Board of Directors of Agiba Petroleum Company.

Sherif Abdullah Mohamad Sherwid was appointed General Manager of Exploration and Member of the Board of Directors of Badr El Din Petroleum Company.

Emad Ibrahim Mohamed Amin was assigned the role of General Director of Exploration and a member of the Board of Directors within the supervision of the two managing directors of PetroGulf Egypt.

Magdy Fahmy Abdel Rahman Abdel Hamid was appointed General Director of Exploration and a Member of the Board of Directors of El Wastani Petroleum Company.

Ashraf Marzouk Al-Azab Hamida was assigned was assigned the role of General Manager of Exploration at Tharwa Petroleum Company.

Walid Afifi Mohamad Afifi was appointed General Manager of Exploration and Member of the Board of Directors of North Bahariya Petroleum Company.

Mostafa Sharif Mostafa El Mihi was assigned the role of General Director of Exploration and Member of the Board of Directors of Gemsa Petroleum Company.

Abdel Moneim Mohamed Sayed Ahmed Saleh was appointed General Manager of Exploration and Member of the Board of Directors of Alamein Petroleum Company.

Mostafa Abdel Ghaffar Ahmed El Zoul was assigned the role of General Director of Exploration and Member of the Board of Directors of Magawish Petroleum Company.

Emad Shehata Mohamed Qashta was appointed General Manager of Exploration and Member of the Board of Directors of Amal Petroleum Company.

Mohamad Hussein El Sayed Abdul Rahman was assigned the role of General Director of Exploration and Member of the Board of Directors of Petrosannan Company.
